Portable Oil Extractor was a item tool used in Galacticraft 3 to extract oil into canisters for refining and storage.
This item was removed in the version 3.0.12.360 for compatibility. Now vanilla buckets are used to collect oil.
Usage
To use a Portable Oil Extractor, hold right click while looking in the direction of the oil while being within arm's reach. If you have a partially filled or empty Oil Canister in your inventory, the Portable Oil Extractor will fill it with oil.
