From Galacticraft 3.0.12.430, this recipe produces 2 Tier 1 Heavy Duty Plate per 6 items of input. The component steel, aluminium and bronze plates for the input require a high amount of resources. If you don't have a tech mod capable of ore doubling, then it's recommended you use Quick Mode.
From Galacticraft 3.0.9, this recipe produced 2 Tier 1 Heavy Duty Plate when Quick Mode was enabled, but otherwise it produced only 1 output per 6 items of input.
