Mars Cavern

Found deep underground on Mars, these huge underground caverns are decorated with poisonous Cavernous Vine and random pools of Bacterial Sludge.

Both Cavernous Vine and Bacterial Sludge emit some light, but it is not enough to prevent hostile mobs spawning. So there are normally many hostile mobs in a Mars Cavern - as well as Sludgelings if you step too close to a pool of Bacterial Sludge.

Even so, it is a good place to mine Desh Ore and other valuable ores on Mars, as the exposed ore blocks are easy to see.
