Bright Air is a technical block that emits light.
Obtaining
It is generated by Arc Lamps to lit up the areas nearby and refrain hostile mobs from approaching those areas.
This block is generated and updated whenever the player place down a Arc Lamp or use a Standard Wrench to rotate the Arc Lamp.
It is unobtainable on survival or creative mode, unless by command /give. It can be manually placed but it is invisible and still work.
