Bright Air (in-game brightAir) is a technical block used by Arc Lamps to lit up the areas nearby and refrain hostile mobs from approaching those areas.

This block is generated whenever the player place down a Arc Lamp.

They are unobtainable on survival or creative mode, unless by command /give @p GalacticraftCore:tile.brightAir. You can manually place them but they are invisible and still work. Internally there are called GalacticraftCore:tile.brightAir.
