The Cargo Loader is a machine block that has the ability to transfer items into a rocket on a connected Rocket Launch Pad. It is required to power it with energy.
To unload items out of a rocket, use a Cargo Unloader.
Crafting Recipe

Trivia
- It is possible to use BuildCraft pipes and Mekanism Logistical Transporters to transfer items into the Cargo Loader.
