Moon Rock, (previously called Moon Stone in Galacticraft 2 and earlier versions) is a block that generates naturally on the Moon, and it is equivalent of Stone on The Overworld. It is the most common block on the Moon and appears darker than Overworld stone and has a pattern reminiscent of endstone.

Obtaining

Moon Rock can be mined using any pickaxe. If mined without a pickaxe, it will drop nothing.

Natural generation

Moon Rock is found at anywhere on the Moon below the layer of Moon Dirt and goes down to the Bedrock, and naturally exposed around the Moon Dungeons entrances. All Moon ores are generated within this layer.

Usage

It can be used as building material and it is sealable, but it is very weak due to its low blast resistance; meteors can destroy this block on impact.
