Solar Ore is an ore that drops Solar Dust.

It can be destroyed using any type of pickaxe, but it will only drop Raw Silicon if you use an Iron Pickaxe, Heavy Duty Pickaxe, Diamond Pickaxe, or Desh Pickaxe.

Solar Ore can be found anywhere between the layers of Y=0 and Y=50 with a frequency of 6 clumps within every chunk. It is generated in clumps of 4 blocks on average. It can be found only on Venus.
